What is AGELESS BODY BOOTCAMP?
Ageless Body Bootcamp is a full body suspension training method that keeps you looking and feeling your best – at any age. Our classes run Tues & Thurs 6:30-7:30 AM and 6:30-7:30 PM in Rennie Park near Bloor/Runnymede.

•We bring you closer to nature with outdoor workouts designed for you to train at your own pace.
•We offer a safe, non-competitive environment. Our aim is to promote a ‘look good, feel good’ attitude.
•We challenge your muscles and improve your cardio with natural movements through our Ageless Body “functional strength” exercises.
•Our unique training techniques use the principal of using your own body for a ‘less is more’ approach, with the focus on short periods of more effective training.
Who is behind ageless body Bootcamp?
Ivan is a veteran Toronto Police Officer who has a passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle. He was a tactical officer wtih the ETF, and his position required vigorous physical and mental training, and it is from this vantage that he brings his expertise. He is promoting fitness as a ‘lifestyle’ to maintain a healthy ‘you’.
After he retired, he expanded his cross-training by competing in various distance triathlons including a Half-Ironman. He has also participated in many running races including trail runs and half and full marathons.
Maxine is a Registered Massage Therapist who maintains a healthy lifestyle by keeping fit. She has run over 29 marathons including Boston, twice, and from the first moment she tried the Ageless Body workout she was hooked! Maxine also competes in various distance running races, triathlons and duathlons. Her knowledge of the muscles and physiology of the body will help you keep your body in the best shape possible.
